| PROFILE | Ms. Yamanaka joined Miyoshi& Miyoshi in 2015. She primarily handles foreign and domestic patent prosecution. Ms. Yamanaka has extensive experience in handling patent prosecution for domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of chemical and pharmaceutical fields, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, hygiene products, paper products, agricultural chemicals, food and inks. Prior to starting her career as a patent attorney, she worked for Novartis Pharma K.K., where she was engaged in a global project for new drug development for ophthalmic diseases. Her experience also includes marketing of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. She is a member of Japan Patent Attorney Association (JPAA). She is also a registered pharmacist. |
