| PROFILE | Ms. Yoshida joined Hamre, Schumann, Mueller & Larson, P.C. (HSML) in 2007 and has been a partner of the firm since 2015. She has been practicing general intellectual property law mainly in chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology areas, with an emphasis on patents including prosecution, opinion works, and agreements including licensing. Before joining HSML, she worked for a German law firm in Tokyo from 2005 to 2007. She also worked in Japan for a subsidiary of a US multinational S&P 500 company, a trading company specialized in chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and a middle sized pharmaceutical company. Her work experience includes obtaining registrations of medical devices and cosmetics from the Japanese health authority, pharmaceutical licensing, professional services for medical devices, working in Germany, international marketing, etc. |
