An amendment to the Chinese Trademark Law was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on August 30, 2013, and was enforced from May 1, 2014. It is called "a great reform" by industry people because the present amendment required a 10-year preparation period for amendment of 54 sections, both large and small. ......
